We use your information to: provide and improve the Platform's services; process payments; send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, optimization results); communicate service updates; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
Resumes and career data you upload are processed solely to deliver the service (scoring, optimization, analysis). We do not sell your resume data to third parties. We do not share your resume content with employers, recruiters, or data brokers. Your career data is stored securely and accessible only to you (and your team members, if applicable).

We use session cookies to maintain your login state and preferences. We use Google Analytics in production to understand how the Platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.
Your account data and uploaded content are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded resumes will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: HTTPS encryption for all connections; secure password hashing; mandatory two-factor authentication (OTP) on every login; role-based access control for team features; and encrypted file storage on AWS S3.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your data may be processed and stored in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.
