By accessing or using Aenview ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Aenview is a career intelligence platform that provides resume optimization, career transition analysis, role fit scoring, job tracking, and related career development tools. The Platform is available via subscription plans and one-time report purchases.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Paid features are available through subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Certain features, such as individual resume score reports, may be purchased as one-time payments. Once a report is unlocked, it remains accessible in your account. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including resumes, job descriptions, and personal information. By uploading content, you grant Aenview a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell, share, or use your resume content for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
You agree not to: upload malicious files or content; attempt to access other users' data; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; reverse engineer or scrape the Platform; create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits; or resell or redistribute Platform outputs without authorization.
The Platform, including its design, code, templates, scoring algorithms, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is the property of Aenview. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
Team and Enterprise plans allow multiple users under a single subscription. The account owner is responsible for managing team members and ensuring compliance with these terms. Team members' access is governed by the plan's seat limits and role-based permissions.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Aenview provides career intelligence tools to assist with your job search and career development. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or job offers. The Platform's scores, suggestions, and analyses are informational and should be used as one input in your career decision-making process.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
